Dr. Lee S. Marcus

Board-Certified Cardiologist

Dr. Marcus manages the full spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, with a particular focus on early detection, prevention, and age management. As President of Preventive Cardiology of New York, which he founded in 2015, he pioneered an approach that integrates cutting-edge diagnostics, advanced imaging, and personalized risk assessment to identify disease at its earliest, and most treatable stages.

Building on his advanced training at Columbia University and Yale University, Dr. Marcus applies the principles of preventive medicine beyond cardiology, helping patients optimize longevity, performance, and overall health. His approach combines deep clinical expertise with innovative technologies to deliver a proactive, data-driven model of care that goes far beyond traditional disease management.

Rudolf Moiyallah

Chief Operating Officer

Rudolf Moiyallah serves as Chief Operating Officer of Impact Health NY, where he leads operational strategy, clinical integration, and growth execution for the organization’s advanced imaging and preventive healthcare platform. As a founding leader, Rudolf played a pivotal role from initial concept and investor discussions through capital formation, build-out, and full operational launch—helping transform the vision into a fully functioning, high-performance practice.

With a strong background in healthcare operations and infrastructure development, Rudolf specializes in building scalable healthcare models, optimizing clinical workflows, and aligning operations with long-term strategic growth. He has led key initiatives including the acquisition and implementation of advanced imaging technology, development of operational frameworks, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams across cardiology, imaging, and wellness services.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Rudolf serves as a key liaison to investors and leadership, driving performance reporting, operational efficiency, and expansion initiatives. His leadership approach is rooted in execution, innovation, and delivering a high standard of patient-centered care.

Ann Dignam, RN, BSN

Ann Dignam, RN, BSN has been a registered nurse since 1989 and brings more than three decades of clinical expertise to Impact Health. Her experience spans emergency medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, home health, and hospice, giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on patient care. Ann joined Dr. Marcus in 2020 and has become an integral part of the practice, valuing an environment focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term heart health. She is known for her warm, outgoing personality and ability to put patients at ease, creating a supportive and comforting experience for every individual she cares for.

Nicole Vinciguerra, RN

Program Director of Age Management and IV Therapy

Nicole Vinciguerra, RN is the Program Director of Age Management and IV Therapy at Impact Health NY, specializing in advanced preventive care, longevity, and aesthetic optimization. A registered nurse since 2011, she brings extensive clinical experience and a refined, results-driven approach, with advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, PRP and hair restoration for men and women, laser therapies, IV infusions, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and GLP-1 weight management. Nicole’s philosophy focuses on enhancing natural beauty while addressing the underlying drivers of aging, energy, and vitality, delivering a personalized, integrative experience that aligns internal wellness with external results.
